In 2012, industry veterans Nelson and Christopher Rising co-founded Rising Realty Partners, a cutting-edge real estate firm dedicated to deploying technology as a force multiplier and creating value based on our ‘impact as alpha’ philosophy. Since inception, our company has grown exponentially, currently managing over 5 million square feet of property across the Western United States. Our diverse portfolio encompasses Class-A office buildings, data centers, and multi-tenant light industrial properties. Christopher welcomed his long-time friend and investor, Scott McMullin, to Rising’s senior management team as Principal and Chief Investment Officer in 2018. Together, they actively cultivate an entrepreneurial culture that permeates every aspect of the business. This commitment to fostering a positive and innovative work environment is one reason Rising Realty Partners has been recognized as one of the best places to work in Los Angeles.
With headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles, we have expanded Rising’s presence to Sacramento, California; Denver, Colorado; Las Vegas, Nevada; Houston, Texas; and Kansas City, Missouri.
