Rebecca is responsible for the day-to-day property management of Rising Realty Partner’s industrial properties in San Antonio where she oversees financial reporting, tenant and vendor relationships, and the physical maintenance of the buildings.

Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.  She is passionate about giving back to her community and is involved with several local charities.

Experience & Expertise

Rebecca has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate.  During her career, she has been responsible for industrial, retail, and office properties.  She has served institutional organizations and high-net-worth individuals as clients.  She has served in property management, asset management, and accounting roles throughout her career.  Rebecca is a Certified Property Manager Candidate (CPM®) and is involved with IREM and BOMA.  Rebecca earned a BBA from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
