As Executive Vice President of Property Management, Kayce is passionate about streamlining the operations, planning, initiatives, and business development of Rising’s property management assignments and teams.
Current Role
Kayce Hawk is the EVP, Property Management of Rising Realty Partners. She serves on the company’s Executive Committee, drawing on her experience managing hundreds of employees, streamlining operating procedures, and overseeing the management of over 10 million square feet of the industrial, office, retail, and data center sectors. Her expertise in the area of Property Management is best demonstrated through her ability to quickly adapt to market opportunities, thereby accelerating leasing, eliminating redundancies, and successfully executing strategic business plans.
Kayce’s experience spans into acquisitions and due diligence, dispositions, debt requirements, leasing, budgeting, and historic restorations. Her project management skills, combined with her extensive background in accounting, have proved to be instrumental in the seamless execution of multiple, complex repositioning projects completed by Rising during her nine years with the company.
In her role, Kayce also focuses on curating an efficient, winning company culture, overseeing regular employee engagement initiatives and events, operating and communication procedures, and employee feedback discussions. Through her oversight of our culture, she has fostered a collaborative, inclusive culture that has led to Rising being recognized as one of the best places to work in Los Angeles.
About Kayce Hawk
Outside of the office, Kayce’s passion since childhood is horsemanship, and it’s an art she plans to craft for the rest of her life. Since her move to Los Angeles, Kayce purchased a young horse, Grace, and spends her weekends at the barn riding her. She can also be found exploring the great outdoors through activities such as hiking and camping, or cooking with friends.
Experience & Expertise
Kayce joined Rising in 2014 with a track record managing over 5 million square feet of Class A industrial buildings for institutional owners in the Seattle area. Since joining the company, she has consistently delivered exceptional results and driven the success of the organization through her expertise in property management and employee relations. She is also a current candidate for the CCIM Designation from the CCIM Institute. Kayce has held a Real Estate Broker license in Washington State from 2007 to 2015 and is currently completing her coursework for the California State Real Estate Salesperson license. Kayce graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications.
