Senior Director, Critical Facilities
Scott Ho serves as the Senior Director of Critical Data Facilities for Rising Realty Partners at the Garland Center. Scott oversees all operations of the data center and mission-critical facilities at the Garland Center, one of the largest mission-critical data center facilities in the U.S. Prior to Rising's ownership of the Garland Center, Scott was the Vice President of Critical Facilities Manager at the Garland Center, who oversaw all day-to-day operations, project management and budget appropriation of the Garland Center.
Scott possesses over 25 years of extensive knowledge and experience in operation and engineering of mission-critical infrastructures, telecommunications, central office and data center operations. Scott also serves as the Vice President of Operations for a Southern California based datacenter/colocation operation, providing premier colocation and data center services in downtown Los Angeles.
Prior to managing the Garland Center, Scott held various managerial and senior technical positions in major telecommunications enterprises since 1991, including 13 years as the Director of Network Operations with a global telecommunications company who had telecommunications and data center operations in Asia, Europe, and Canada.
Scott graduated with a bachelor ‘s from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in electrical and telecommunications engineering, along with a degree in information technology.
In his spare time, Scott enjoys playing soccer and gardening.
