Current Role

As the Senior Director of Critical Data Facilities, Scott presides over the comprehensive operations of Rising’s data center and mission-critical facilities.

Scott possesses extensive experience in operation and engineering of mission-critical infrastructures, telecommunications, central office and data center operations. Prior to Rising’s ownership of West7Center, Scott was the Vice President of Critical Facilities Manager at the Garland Center, overseeing all day-to-day operations, project management and budget appropriation.

Experience & Expertise

With over 25 years of extensive knowledge and experience in the operation and engineering of mission-critical infrastructures, telecommunications, central office and data center operations, Scott’s expertise is widely recognized in the industry. Scott’s impressive career includes a variety of managerial and senior technical positions in major telecommunications enterprises. Notably, he spent 13 years as the Director of Network Operations for a global telecommunications company with operations in Asia, Europe, and Canada. Scott has a bachelor’s degree in electrical and telecommunications engineering from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, as well as a degree in information technology.
