Rising’s Senior Leadership Team directs and endorses the corporate policies, programs, and initiatives that support the development and growth of ESG initiatives. Recognizing the importance of ESG in the modern landscape, we took a proactive step in October 2019 by establishing our IMPACT Task Force. This committee bridges the communication between our executive team, partners, staff, and the communities we serve. The IMPACT Task Force meets regularly and conducts various assessments on operations, policies, and procedures to implement new initiatives, ensuring a dynamic, informed, and inclusive approach to our governance.
