As a Senior Property Accountant at Rising Realty Partners, Tisha supports the property management and accounting arms of Rising with reconciliations and monthly reporting for smooth operations and audits.

Current Role

Tisha is one of several core property accountants. They have a keen eye for detail and are always looking for how all processes within an organization flow into each other, which allows them to optimize their contribution through accountability and conscientiousness towards their team’s needs. As property accountant, Tisha works closely with Asset Management, Property Management, and Accounting departments to ensure fully transparent and reliable accounting.

Beyond the zen of professional accounting, Tisha enjoys the arts in their personal time—such as anime, video games, and crafting. They live with two cats and their college sweetheart.

Experience & Expertise

Before joining Rising Realty Partners in 2024, Tisha has worked in commercial real estate since 2017, first as an Executive Assistant then as a Property Manager and Property Accountant. Having always worn many hats throughout their career, they appreciate the challenge each role faces.

Tisha started their professional life as an Executive Assistant for several industries including real estate, nonprofit, and herbal supplements. Over time, they expanded and narrowed their skill set further into the niche of Accounting and Commercial Real Estate. Tisha graduated with a BA in Literature Cultural Studies and a minor in Law & Society at University of California, San Diego. Tisha switched their career focus by taking coursework in Accounting at Santa Monica College.
