As a Property Manager for Rising, Vanessa is determined to provide exceptional client and tenant service with an emphasis on maintaining property function at its highest level. 

Current Role

Vanessa’s role is to ensure the smooth operation of the properties in her oversight. This includes the behind-the-scenes work of vendor management, accounts payable, service coordination, and tenant relations.

Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys relaxing with her family. She loves watching movies, reading, and going on family walks with her husband, daughter, and Toy Cockapoo, Zeus.

Experience & Expertise

Before joining Rising, Vanessa worked in High Rise Class A Commercial Property Management for over 5 years, starting as an Administrative Assistant with Douglas Emmett. Guided by her desire to excel, she was soon promoted to Assistant Property Manager. After nearly two years with Rising, she was promoted to Property Manager. Vanessa graduated from California State University Northridge with a BA in Criminology/Criminal Justice. She currently holds a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson License.
