Overview

As a General Manager with Rising, Lauren is passionate about creating meaningful relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors alike, and ensuring properties are maintained to their full potential.

Current Role

Lauren currently serves as the General Manager for The Cal Edison and Sherman Oaks Plaza properties, putting her in the unique position of managing daily operations of both an owner operated asset and a third-party asset. She is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the daily functions for these properties.

In her off time, Lauren loves spending time with her family and friends. Finding new experiences to create lasting memories with them is her favorite thing to do. From festivals, to concerts, volunteering, to amusement parks, and more!

Experience & Expertise

With 8 years of experience in the industry, Lauren has managed Commercial Class A buildings and Retail Centers. Notably, she managed the Kennedy Wilson Corporate Headquarters and a nine building portfolio with a mix of development, commercial, and retail. She brings very strong communication and administration skills to the table with her bachelor’s degree in Communication from Cal Polytechnic University Pomona. She received the Volunteer of the Year award from IREM-LA in 2018 and is an active member in both local IREM and BOMA chapters in Greater Los Angeles.
