As a Senior General Manager for Rising Realty Partners, Amanda is passionate about streamlining day-to-day operations and fostering environments that positively impact the tenant experience.

Current Role

As the primary liaison for tenants and vendors, Amanda plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of the properties she manages. Her leadership skills and industry expertise are key to fostering strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.  Amanda has successfully managed over 1.8M square feet of office space and a combined 280K square feet in industrial/retail assets for Rising Realty.

About Amanda Raisin

A native Los Angeleno, Amanda treasures quality time with her family, especially during their annual summer camping trips. She is a devoted Dodgers fan and takes pride in her impressive collection of player autographs and bobbleheads.

Experience & Expertise

With over 20+ years of experience in commercial real estate, Amanda specializes in tenant relations and project management. Before joining Rising, she held positions as Operations Manager at The Ratkovich Company and Specialty Leasing Associate at Macerich Company. Amanda holds dual degrees in Business Administration (Finance) and Computer Information Systems (Business Systems) from California State University Los Angeles.
