Alicia Luz

As a property manager for Rising, Alicia is passionate about maintaining vendor and tenant relations, while gaining knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate property management.

Current Role

Alicia is responsible for the day-to-day property management for Rising’s multi-tenant light industrial assets in North Las Vegas where she oversees financial reporting, tenant and vendor relationships, and the physical maintenance of the buildings.

Alicia enjoys traveling with her family, spending time with friends, and cheering on the Las Vegas Golden Knights and Green Bay Packers. She enjoys going to the movies and spending the weekends with her two children and her husband of 21 years.

Experience & Expertise

With over 18 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Alicia began her career on the leasing and sale side of commercial real estate as an administrative assistant. She transitioned to property management in 2016 starting as a property administrator for office, retail and industrial assets and became a property manager in 2020 overseeing 10MSF of commercial medical office buildings in Clark County, NV. Alicia currently holds a Nevada Real Estate Salesperson license and a Property Manager Permit in Nevada.
