Raj is one of the several core property accountants at Rising. As a Property Accountant, Raj works closely, not only with the accounting department but also with asset and property management. Raj plays a crucial role in providing the financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for all his properties.

About Raj Cheema

Outside of work, Raj has a great interest in the financial markets. He loves not only investing but learning to trade in stocks and futures markets. Raj also loves taking his husky on long walks and hikes whenever possible.

Experience & Expertise

Raj has extensive experience not only from his various accounting roles, he has also worked within the Commercial Real Estate industry since 2022. Raj graduated with a BA, double majoring in Accounting and Finance from California State University of Fullerton.
