Maya Mellon

As a property manager for Rising, Maya is focused on building great tenant, owner, and vendor relationships and prides herself on maintaining a Class A office by ensuring the building remains in excellent condition. 

Current Role

Maya is responsible for overseeing daily building operations and overseeing the leadership of all departments: engineering, security, janitorial, and parking. She is also responsible for monthly financial reporting and overseeing tenant collections and timely vendor payments.

Maya is passionate about interior design and enjoys taking on small projects for family and friends in her spare time. She also enjoys spending quality time with her children and family bike rides.

Maya began her career in commercial real estate after obtaining her real estate license in 2017. She has experience managing several types of assets including office, retail, industrial, and residential. Maya possesses an innovative spirit and enjoys taking on leadership roles.
