Current Role

Jiahui serves as the Construction Contracts Administrator for Rising Realty Partners. In this role, Jiahui oversees the administration of construction contracts, ensuring smooth project execution from setup through close-out. He manages key aspects such as contract issuance, change orders, and project reporting, contributing to the successful completion of projects and the overall efficiency of the construction management team. Jiahui’s detail-oriented approach and strong organizational skills are vital in maintaining the quality and timeliness of Rising’s projects.

Outside of work, Jiahui is passionate about staying active. He enjoys playing basketball and tennis, and weightlifting. Jiahui also loves to travel, often seeking out new destinations that allow them to explore different cultures.

Experience & Expertise

Jiahui has over five years of experience in the real estate industry, including three years in property management and two years in construction project management and overseeing both residential and commercial projects, Jiahui’s expertise includes managing construction contracts, tracking budgets, and coordinating project activities to ensure timely and successful project completion. His solid background in these areas is complemented by a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Jiahui holds an MS degree in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from George Washington University.
