Hilary Thomson

In addition to her dedication to day-to day operations as property manager for Rising’s Northern California portfolio, Hilary is passionate about creating and fostering tenant and vendor relationships. 

Current Role

Hilary oversees Rising’s multi-tenant light industrial assets in the greater Sacramento area as well as in Stockton and Tracy. Some of her responsibilities include tenant relations and retention, financial reporting, and vendor management.

Hilary thrives most when she is on the go and looks forward to traveling and exploring the great outdoors with her husband, young son, and three dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys running, lifting weights, baking, and tending to her many house plants.

Experience & Expertise

Hilary’s experience in the field of property management encompasses over a decade and nearly a million square feet of Class A commercial office in the San Francisco, Denver, and Sacramento markets, enabling her to provide a comprehensive range of services to her tenants. In addition to her professional experience, Hilary possesses a bachelor’s degree from University of California, Davis and professional certifications, each centric around commercial real estate finance and management, and also holds a valid California Real Estate License.
