Current Role

Gene is responsible for asset management of Rising’s current portfolio of office and industrial assets. Gene’s role includes business plan execution through leasing, capital improvements, financing, and investor reporting.

In his free time Gene enjoys playing golf, basketball, and spending time with his two young children.

Experience & Expertise

Prior to joining Rising, her served as vice president at RanchHarbor where he was responsible for leading asset management of firm’s portfolio of multifamily and industrial assets. Prior to RanchHarbor, he served as vice president of asset management for Isles Ranch Partners where he managed the firm’s $1.7B homebuilding and land development portfolio. Gene received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and his master’s in business administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
