Garrett acts as the main point of contact for tenants, vendors, and ownership while overseeing operations at multiple sites for Rising Realty Partners. Drawing from a diverse background of experiences, Garrett creates a collaborative work environment where teams can produce their best work while driving financial goals.   

About Garrett Moberg 

Having lived in 4 different countries by the time he finished high school, Garrett moved to the U.S. to pursue his undergraduate degree and enjoy the beautiful weather in Southern California – it has been home ever since. Garrett enjoys an active lifestyle when not in the office, exploring hikes and yoga classes alike with the occasional weightlifting competition from time to time. Garrett enjoys going back to his roots of international travel, exploring foreign cultures and searching for the best craft cocktails globally.

Experience & Expertise

Garrett started his professional career in the hospitality sector, servicing executive retreats at high-end resorts in a sales/event planning role. His strong organizational skills and customer service focus lent itself perfectly to onboard tenant amenity programs at CBRE managed assets in Orange County as well as assisted with 3.5 million square feet industrial portfolios. He most recently oversaw 400,000 square feet of standalone creative office properties for Redcar Properties LTD. He holds a MS in Finance from Lund University in Sweden and a BS in International Business from La Verne University.
