Erica oversees daily operations of the property, communicates tenants’ needs with her team, handles administrative tasks such as tenant relations, vendor management and accounts payable while providing support to the General Manager and other property team members.
About Erica Johnson
Outside of her professional life, Erica enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dog. She enjoys the outdoors and is an active hiker, tennis player and skier.
Experience & Expertise
Prior to joining Rising, Erica oversaw the day-to-day operations of a multifamily real estate portfolio in West Los Angeles and has experience managing over 1.5 million square feet of commercial, industrial and multifamily properties across California. Erica earned her bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of Southern California.
