To maintain great tenant experiences by providing exceptional service and communication between both tenants and the building management team. This covers all aspects of the tenant’s journey, from onboarding, to routine and as-needed maintenance, and regular financial duties.

A Los Angeles native with roots in the city of Hollywood, Bryant enjoys spending time with his partner of nearly two decades, experiencing the art and culture of our county.

Expertise and Experience

Bryant is a life-long learner with a degree in Business Administration from LAVC and a California Real Estate license. He has assisted in managing A-Class buildings in Woodland Hills and Santa Monica. He has held supervisorial roles for 14 years and entered the world of commercial property management 5 years ago, where he found his calling.
