Allison Shiba

As the Assistant Property Manager for Rising, Allison is passionate about exceeding client expectations and effective communication while maintaining the daily operations of a commercial portfolio.

Current Role

Allison’s role is located at The Waterfront at Catalina Landing in Long Beach, sitting on 9.5 acres, it’s the only complex with direct Marina access. Allison is responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to: tenant and financial management, maintenance & repairs, legal compliance, property inspections, communication, and customer service. Her role is to ensure the smooth operation and profitability of commercial properties while providing a positive experience for tenants.

About Allison Shiba

Outside of the office, you can find Allison exploring the outdoors, relaxing at the beach, or playing with her dog. She is a “dog mom” to a mini labradoodle named Nala. Allison enjoys working on her physical fitness, and loves to be in the sun. She spends most of her free time with her family and friends. Allison has developed a very positive can-do attitude and loves learning new things.

Experience & Expertise

Allison has worked in the customer service field for over 10 years. She graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a BA in Communications. Her educational background and career history have trained her to always go above and beyond client expectations. Allison is thrilled to be a part of the Rising team, where she can demonstrate her strengths and continue her professional learning journey.
