Nicci Keizer

As the Property Manager for The Waterfront, Nicci is passionate about maintaining the property in Class A condition for both the occupants & client.

Current Role

Nicci serves as the Property Manager for Rising’s third-party management team at The Waterfront. In this role, she efficiently engages with the team to exceed client, tenant, and vendor expectations. Nicci’s skills include exceptional communication, instilling confidence in the team’s skills and abilities as well as overall support. She is dedicated to providing one-of-a-kind service to all parties involved in this project.

About Nicci Keizer

When she’s not providing support for The Waterfront, Nicci thoroughly enjoys the outdoors. If she’s not hiking or camping, you might find her at the dog beach with her friends or family, gardening, running a half marathon with her aunt, or working on home projects. She loves working with her hands and being with those most important to her.

Experience & Expertise

Before onboarding with Rising Realty Partners in the Summer of 2024, Nicci earned 10 years of Property Management experience. She proudly holds her Real Estate License and a Bachelor’s Degree from Cal State Long Beach and countless BOMA and IREM training courses. Nicci has worked in the office and retail aspects of Commercial Real Estate her entire career and has enjoyed learning all aspects of Commercial Property Management.
