Kearstin Roberts

As the General Manager for a Rising owned property, Kearstin is passionate about building relationships with vendors and creating a sustainable, safe environment for those that work at and visit the building.

Current Role

Kearstin serves as the General Manager of Civic Center Plaza, a Rising owned class A commercial high-rise in the Central Business District in Downtown Denver. In her role, she oversees all facets of building operations, financials, and tenant/vendor relations and recently she and her team earned the coveted Kingsley Excellence award for 2023 Tenant Satisfaction.

Kearstin finds joy in spending time with loved ones and, as a self-proclaimed foodie, enjoys exploring new places to dine. She thrives on maintaining an active lifestyle whether it’s a strength class on her beloved Peloton or discovering a new hike in the beautiful Colorado mountains. Beyond that, she believes in the importance of balance, savoring the small moments, and creating lasting memories with those that matter most.

Experience & Expertise

Kearstin brings over 20 years of property management experience, managing commercial and medical office space during her career. Prior to joining the Rising team, she managed 1.2 million square feet of medical office properties throughout the Denver metro area and Salt Lake City, UT. Kearstin has her LEED®️ Green Associate credentials and is a Denver Metro BOMA member, currently working towards her BOMI RPA designation.
