Casey Hursh

As Director of Capital Markets & Casey is responsible for raising capital, cultivating Rising’s community of accredited investors, and facilitating institutional equity investments.

Current Role

Casey oversees capital raising efforts across a diverse range of institutional and non-institutional investors. His core responsibilities include facilitating effective communication and fostering strong relationships with Rising’s investors, ensuring they stay informed on Rising’s investment strategies, goals, and current investment opportunities in the pipeline. Casey is a member of the company’s investment committee, where he evaluates and analyzes investment opportunities, contributing to Rising’s strategic direction and growth initiatives in our target markets. Working in tandem with multiple departments like acquisitions, asset management, property management, finance, marketing, and legal, he ensures a cohesive approach to investor management, positioning Rising as a forward-thinking and reliable partner in the CRE investment community.

About Casey Hursh 

Casey earned his bachelor’s in communication from the University of Southern California. His interests outside of work include volunteering at The Heart of Los Angeles Youth Foundation, and staying active by playing tennis, paddle tennis, and basketball.

Experience & Expertise

Casey’s deal experience exceeds $342 Million in value and 2 Million square feet. His ability to relate to and understand the needs of institutional and non-institutional investors alike has enabled this success. Before joining Rising, Casey led sales for the West Coast market of a medical communications company where he consistently exceeded quota and maintained a customer retention rate of over 95%.
