

Kayce Hawk
Current Role
Kayce Hawk is the Executive Vice President of Operations at Rising Realty Partners and one of three members of the executive leadership team. She leads operating strategy and execution across the organization, integrating property management, accounting, acquisitions, asset management, and construction management within a unified commercial real estate platform.
She has led the development of standardized operating infrastructure across all markets, establishing frameworks for budgeting, financial reporting, CAM administration, and acquisition-to-stabilization processes. Her leadership supports the disciplined management and repositioning of more than 10 million square feet of industrial, office, retail, and data center assets.
Kayce plays a central role in long-term strategic planning and the continued evolution of Rising’s operating platform as the company scales.
About Kayce Hawk
Outside of her professional role, Kayce has a lifelong passion for horsemanship, an art she continues to refine. Since relocating to Los Angeles, she purchased a young horse, Grace, and spends her weekends riding and training. She also enjoys hiking, camping, and cooking with friends.
Experience & Expertise
Kayce joined Rising Realty Partners in 2014 with experience overseeing institutional-quality commercial real estate assets in the Pacific Northwest. Throughout her tenure, she has played a central role in scaling the company’s operating platform and supporting portfolio growth across multiple asset classes.
Her expertise includes operating strategy, portfolio integration, financial oversight, acquisitions support, asset management coordination, and complex repositioning initiatives within institutional environments.
Kayce is an IREM Certified Property Manager and an active member of BOMA Greater Los Angeles, NAIOP, and ULI Los Angeles. She previously served as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles Historic Core Business Improvement District and was recognized as a Bisnow CRE SoCal Power Woman Honoree in 2018 and 2021.
