Current Role

Jason maximizes investment value by collaborating with capital partners to execute leasing, financing, development, and entitlement strategies. His expertise lies in strategically managing assets to maximize value and return on investment. Jason’s role at Rising involves directly overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. He brings a skillset in financial analysis, market trend evaluation, and risk management – all essential in driving the growth and performance of our assets.  

About Jason Miller 

Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his family and outdoors backpacking, camping, and at the beach. He is an avid sports fan and music lover.

Experience & Expertise

Jason has over 17 years of experience managing nearly six and a half million square feet of commercial office properties in New York and Los Angeles, bringing extensive knowledge in property operations. He holds a Master of Business Administration in real estate and finance and a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the University of Alabama.
