Overview

As the Events & Marketing Specialist for 1Cal and The CalEdison, Lacie designs engaging tenant events and marketing strategies aimed at elevating the tenant experience.

Current Role

Lacie directs the planning, promotion, and execution of all tenant events. She oversees full event production from creative development and vendor relations to logistics and day-of management. Her work provides an intentional space for tenants to build a strong sense of community, forge meaningful professional connections, and feel genuinely engaged within their workplace environment.

About Lacie

Outside of her professional role, Lacie values quality time spent with family, friends, and her pets. She has a strong creative side, frequently exploring new crafts and artistic hobbies in her free time. An avid music enthusiast, she also enjoys attending live music events and performances whenever possible.

Expertise and Experience

Lacie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Technology Management from the University of California, Davis. Prior to joining Rising, she built her career in the trade show industry, where she specialized in marketing and end-to-end event coordination. By pairing her academic background in strategic communication with hands-on event operations, Lacie excels at managing multi-faceted projects, driving engagement, and delivering high-impact experiences from concept to completion.
