Kevin serves as the owner’s representative, partnering with the Property Manager and onsite team to maintain operational excellence and uphold the property’s standards. He ensures daily operations align with ownership objectives while delivering an exceptional experience for tenants. Kevin’s hands on approach helps protect and enhance property performance, supporting the long term success of the asset.

Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and friends. From discovering new restaurants to sitting around doing absolutely nothing at home, he likes to watch movies, play video games, and carry his cat around the house. He also likes to stay active and goes to the gym often.

Experience & Expertise

Kevin began his career in property management as an executive assistant to the owner of a 1.1 million square foot commercial retail portfolio. In this role, he served as the primary liaison between ownership and the property management team, summarizing operational updates from each property and ensuring clear communication across all staff. This position provided him with a comprehensive understanding of property management operations from an ownership perspective.

Kevin then advanced to the role of Property Administrator at the Aon Center in Downtown LA. In this capacity, he bridged asset management strategy with daily property operations, gaining hands-on experience in maintaining the standards required for a Class A high rise office building in the city’s financial district.
