As Senior General Manager of a Rising Realty Partners property, Kira oversees a Class A high-rise office building over 1 million square feet in Downtown Los Angeles. She champions maximizing asset value, tenant satisfaction, and operational efficiency through proactive, hands-on management.

Current Role

Kira is the main point of contact for tenants, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring daily property operations, tenant relations, vendor and contract management, capital planning, and sustainability initiatives are executed seamlessly. She focuses on high-rise office property management, operational excellence, workflow optimization, and energy-efficient building practices.

Kira is a LEED Green Associate and Asana Ambassador, committed to sustainability, green building operations, and performance-driven management. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Experience & Expertise

Kira has extensive experience in high-rise class A commercial property management, tenant relations, vendor management, capital planning, and sustainability programs. She serves as Treasurer for Plaza Commons Inc., an alternate on the DCBID Board of Directors, and is active on the DTLA Alliance Policy Committee, BOMA GLA Political Action Committee, and BOMA GLA Government & Affairs, Security & Emergency Preparedness, and Sustainability Committees.
