Associate, Acquisitions

Anthony Lumby is an Acquisitions Associate responsible for underwriting prospective office, industrial, and multifamily investment opportunities, conducting market research across leasing, capital, and sales activity, and creating confidential investment memorandums.

Prior to joining Rising Realty Partners, Anthony worked at Eastdil Secured, where he was a generalist on the equity sales and debt placement platform, and at Wells Fargo Securities, where he focused on both balance sheet and CMBS debt executions.

Anthony received his BA in International Relations Global Business from the University of Southern California and is currently an M.S. Real Estate Development candidate at Columbia University in the City of New York.

In his free time Anthony enjoys traveling, working out, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family.
