Rising Realty Partners Announces its Support for GRID Alternatives as part of the Social Value Building Community
Today, Rising Realty Partners announced a bold step forward in its purpose-driven commitment to positively impact communities, creating a new source of funding for GRID Alternatives.
As a Social Value Building, Rising Realty Partners is generating critical funding to support GRID Alternatives in its effort to install solar for low-income families. Through this funding, GRID Alternatives will further its mission to build community-powered solutions to advance economic and environmental justice through renewable energy.

GRID is working across the United States and internationally to make renewable energy technology and job training accessible to underserved communities, and Rising Realty Partners and its vendors are excited to support the mission. This new funding will help to accomplish the following estimated impacts:
- Install two solar systems on low-income homes
- Generate $47,117 in savings for low-income families from renewable energy
- Train approximately 12 individuals for solar installation jobs
- Offset 110 tonnes of greenhouse gas emissions
This effort also advances the following UN Sustainable Development Goals:
- SDG 1: No poverty
- SDG 7: Affordable and clean energy
- SDG 8: Decent work and economic growth
- SDG 10: Reduced inequalities
- SDG 13: Climate action
