Rising's Marc Gittleman Appointed to Board of Directors of BOMA Greater Los Angeles

Los Angeles, Calif., (January 21, 2016) – Rising Realty Partners (Rising) announced today that Senior Vice President, Third Party Services, Marc Gittleman has been elected to the Board of Directors of BOMA, the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International Greater Los Angeles Chapter at The BOMA 2016 Awards of Excellence held at the Intercontinental Hotel Century City last night.

Gittleman leads Rising's 3rd Party Services, including property, construction, and telecom platforms. A noted expert and frequent speaker on real estate innovation, Gittleman’s creative leadership in implementing advanced technologies has garnered national attention and enhanced value for Rising and other institutional owner’s projects.

As an active investor in commercial real estate, Gittleman has participated as a GP in 14 projects totaling more than 2.84 million sq. ft. in the past three years. Gittleman is also CEO & Co-Owner of 5x5 Telecom, a fast-growing fiber optic ISP in Los Angeles.

Gittleman is Co-Chair of NAIOP's Trends in Real Estate Development Forum, on the IP Infrastructure Committee of Innovate Pasadena, and an appointee to the Advisory Board of Cross Campus, where President Obama recently spoke.
