LOS ANGELES – August 6, 2014 - Rising Realty Partners (RRP) has named Tyson Strutzenberg as Senior Vice President of Asset Management and Development. In this position, Strutzenberg will lead RRP’s asset management and development activities, including leasing and construction management. He will also interface with investors for RRP’s rapidly growing 2.4 million square foot portfolio in Southern California.

Strutzenberg previously served as a Managing Director in the Commercial Investment Group at Kennedy Wilson, an international real estate investment, services and fund management firm. While at Kennedy Wilson, Strutzenberg acted as an asset manager for a portfolio of office assets totaling more than two million square feet throughout California. He was also responsible for managing a $125 million portfolio of non-performing loans. Prior to Kennedy Wilson, Strutzenberg worked on the acquisitions team at RREEF in San Francisco where he was responsible for underwriting and closing equity real estate investments.
Strutzenberg is a member of the Urban Land Institute and is a board member of the UCLA Ziman Center Real Estate Alumni Group. Strutzenberg received his MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA, a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Science degree in Aeronautics from Stanford University.
