Adam Lev is Vice President of Asset Management and Development at Rising Realty Partners and is responsible for a various development and asset management activities, including leasing, construction management, and investor relations.
Adam worked for The Ratkovich Company from 2005 to 2016, where he held various positions in acquisitions and as Development Manager since 2010. While at The Ratkovich Company, Adam worked on various projects including The Hercules Campus, 5900 Wilshire, The Bloc, The Alhambra, and 800 Wilshire. After The Ratkovich Company, Adam worked for Atlas Capital as the Asset Manager responsible for Row DTLA, a 1.8M sf retail and office campus in DTLA’s Arts District.
Adam received a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from USC’s Price School and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Pepperdine University. Adam is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the Jewish Federation’s REC Cabinet.
